it’s ridiculous!if an accident happens to te lone child after many years what will the govt do 4 the parents?measures to reduce population are nice but it must not vanish the entire population......

hey, even i was thinkin abt dat, the government must add some flexibility in their norms, otherwise, the population would perish.
