Any sex without mutual consent is rape!!!
And for that the Girls own verbal statement is sufficient to put you behind the bar if not rape at least attempet to rape.
Now the question is , if any sex without mutual consent is rape , then when a women rape a man in open light in her on room.. why we consider as a Love?
Or
We consider that all the Women borng in Raja Harish Chanrd family ( never lie) and all the Men born in Criminal family ..is it right?
If women do not rape to men ( as per LAW) , why women want a whole sale free examption in Rape LAW?
Law should be crime based instead of assumption , then only the real victim will be punished.
Otherwise , as we wittness more than 80% so called rape case was a Mutual Sex and subsequently the Women file the attempet of rape case or rape case for extrotion of money or force the Man to marry her.
So , if we really need a LAW which will really punish the real Rapist , first the LAW should be crime based.
