1st, I take offence at the Mr. Mom moniker that the article uses. I’m a dad.

Fad? Seriously? This is a fad? This was a decision that we thought long and hard about. We cut our family income by 2/3 because my wife had a career where it’s difficult to take time off without committing career suicide.

Apart from the gratification that I get from watching my child learn about the world around him, I also have to deal with sexism. Blah.
