”Some women were asking to be raped by dressing provocatively, Japanese spokesman who said this must have been a WHACKO. Who would say something like this in a modern, educated society. Its like saying - you invited bus to run you over when you decided to cross the road. Come on man, get real. If you cant be a part of the solution, dont exacerbate the problem by saying things so obviously out of context.
