I completely agree with You. The conservative argument that vaccination will be ’Encouraging Promiscuity’ is both - fallacious and deprecating. Does this mean that the values passed on by society, in general, and parents, in particular, are proving insufficient. Even if for an argument’s sake we were to assume that vaccination may increase frequency of sexual encounters, it still doesn’t absolve society , or for that matter health authorities, from trying their best to lessen the impact of a potentially deadly disease.
