I was a participant in the workshop organised by PRAKALPA, Goutota Sahi, Behind Telephone Exchange, P.O. Keonjhargarh, Dist. Keonjhar. 758001. Orissa. India. Actually PRAKALPA is doing very good work in social development in general and women issues in particular. During the workshop the Secretary of PRAKALPA. Mr Biplab Mishra was telling that inspite of all difficulties we are trying to march forward in our mission. All so he appealed all to join hands in this mission.
