							<description><![CDATA[Mumbai Police declared a blogger a threat, a person likely to cause imminent breach of peace and public tranquility and initiated a Chapter case under section 107 of Crimnal Procedure Code, 1973.  The innocent blogger knocked the doors of Maharashtra human Rights Commission.  After one and half years, Mumbai Police in a written submission to Human Rights Commission accepted their fault and initiation of the false proceedings against the innocent.  The shameless senior officers gave no relief and did not punish the guilty policeman for conspiring to ruin the life and reputation of the innocent.]]></description>
